Maxi-Forêt Offers Its Wood Siding in 3D Textures
Maxi-Forêt materials are now available in 3D textures on Lightbeans, a platform dedicated to architectural visualization.
For over 25 years, Maxi-Forêt has been manufacturing real wood exterior siding in Quebec. The company uses local species such as cedar, pine, and spruce to create durable, authentic materials that are suitable for both residential and commercial projects. Available in a variety of colors, profiles, and finishes, these products blend seamlessly into both contemporary and more traditional architectural designs.
We wanted to bring our products closer to architecture and design professionals at the moment when ideas take shape. Thanks to Lightbeans, our materials can be visualized, tested, and specified directly in their work tools.

The textures were created according to PBR (physically based rendering) standards, ensuring photorealistic rendering in the main software programs used in architecture, such as Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Rhino, V-Ray, Enscape, and Twinmotion. They are fully integrated with BIM standards, facilitating coordination between teams, communication with clients, and the preparation of construction documents.
For designers, this saves time and improves accuracy: textures are ready to use, true to real products, and available free of charge from the Lightbeans library. This allows for informed decisions, quick adjustments to material palettes, and better project visualization from the very first sketches.
