How do we collect information about you?

When downloading a texture package or when subscribing directly to the newsletter, the user’s email address must be provided.

Meta Ads conversion tracking (Pixel)


Meta Ads conversion tracking (Meta pixel) is an analytics service provided by Meta Inc. that connects data from the Meta advertising network with actions performed on Lightbeans’ services. The Meta pixel tracks conversions that can be attributed to ads on Facebook, Instagram and Audience Network.


Meta Ads may use the data collected to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network.


Hotjar


Hotjar is a user behavior tracking and analytics service provided by Hotjar Ltd. It collects and anonymizes data about usage on certain pages and products.


How do we use your personal information?

Heroku is a cloud platform as a service subsidiary of Salesforce, Inc. They operate both inside and outside the province of Quebec. Any data sent or stored using their services may therefore be held on servers located outside of the province of Quebec including, but not limited to, the United States.


SendInBlue


SendInBlue is a cloud-based relationship marketing software service offered by SendInBlue. They operate both inside and outside the province of Quebec. Any data sent or stored using their services may therefore be held on servers located outside of the province of Quebec including, but not limited to, the United States.



It is required from any third party providing their services to us and who has access to your personal information, to respect the security of your personal information and process it in accordance with the law.
